2. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Made‑to‑order items may require additional time. Estimated production times will be shown on each product page.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience delays, we will contact you directly via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship from South Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Aramex, and CouriersPlease.
Standard Shipping (Australia‑wide)
- Flat rate: $14.99
- Delivery time: 5–8 business days
Express Shipping (Australia‑wide)
- Flat rate: $20.00
- Delivery time: 2–3 business days
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping offered for domestic orders over $200.
Orders Below $200 are subject to the flat rates above.
Free Standard Shipping Delivery times are 5-8 business days.
Free Standard shipping orders are subject to all other terms of this shipping policy.
4. Packaging
We use:
- Eco‑friendly, recyclable packaging where possible
- Protective materials to keep fragile décor items safe
- Custom packaging for oversized or delicate pieces
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within Australia only.
- Some oversized or fragile items may have limited delivery options. These will be noted on the product page.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include photos of the packaging and item
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
For lost parcels, we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
